The Wildcat Hockey program returns to the ice for preseason action this Saturday and Sunday at Tam-o. Saturday the Varsity will host Walsh Jesuit @ 11:00 AM before the JV takes on Parma @ 1:45 PM. Sunday the teams will return to action as they host Columbus St. Charles for back to back games. The JV teams kicks off the day @11:30 AM followed by the Varsity teams @ 1:00 PM.
The Varsity will be led by returning players Jeffrey Wood, Seth Orozco, Justin Beaverson, Jimmy Roberts, Spencer Atkins,Dougie Carter, Griffin Muir and Junior Goaltender Tyler Clem. Junior David Crandall returns after a 1 year Hiatus and fellow Juniors David Younger, Braiden Otersen and Scotty Schwartz join the fold. Sophomore Noah Chevalier and Freshman Landon Elliott will play important roles while Senior Lauren Elliott, Juniors Evan Rosplohowski, Claire Ames, Sophomores Hayden Symbolik, Brock Williamson, Tyler Shoffer, and Freshmen Tryston Harrell and Derek Jamieson will try to carve out a role and provided supportive minutes for the new look Cats!
The Junior Varsity will count on Junior Hunter Reed, Sophomores Max Faulkner, Greg Vavrenik and Freshmen Danny Ordorica, Logan Cole, Aiden Carter, Sam Tittle and Connor Huffman to provide the foundation for a successful campaign.
