The win also sets up a showdown with Findlay next Friday night for 2nd place in the final league standing. Both teams will come in with identical 6-3 league records.

Northview jumped all over the Bobcats Sunday. Brandon Snead got his 4-point day going with a break away goal for a 1-0 lead. He jumped on a high flip pass from Ian Kelsey for the early lead. Reynolds fluke bounce off a BG defender found its way to the net for a 4-1 lead, and Snead converted a nice pass from Carter Bourland on the power play for a 5-1 advantage. BG scored late on the power play, but it wasn’t enough as the Cats skated away with the 5-2 win. Trego stopped 21 of 23 shots as he picked up his 22nd victory of the season.
