The Wildcat hockey team advanced to the district semi-final where they will face long time rival St. Johns after an 11-3 win over Anthony Wayne on Wednesday night. Northview holds a 2 games to 1 lead over the Titans this season with all 3 games decided by 1 goal. Game time is set for 7 Saturday night at Tam-o-Shanter.
Last night Ryan Laplantes 5 goal effort paced the Cats to the 11-3 win. Xavier Sudlow hit for his 1st goal Zach Felser had a pair of goals and single goals from Aaron Booth, Brent Easton and Freshman Cody Estrel rounded out the scoring. Austin Gryca made 25 saves for the win in nets. The win was the 20th of the season for the Cats.
